A walkway over a koi pond leads into an open-air lounge with the ocean straight ahead. Stairs rise from here to the upper verandah.
The largest of the four, and the only one with its own lounge attached — double doors open from the bed onto a separate sitting room with a daybed. A wall of reclaimed timber runs behind the bed, under a vaulted ceiling and slow fan. Twin vanity in the ensuite.
The only bedroom with a verandah of its own — a daybed and chairs outside the door, facing the ocean. Indigo and pale timber inside under a vaulted ceiling. The bathroom has a deep tub and opens onto a private planted courtyard with an outdoor shower.
The most dramatic ceiling on the estate — a high vaulted timber pitch running the length of the room, with glass on two sides looking into the garden. The ensuite is stone-lined, with a round tub.
Two single beds rather than one — the room families and friends travelling together tend to take. Full-height sliders run the length of one wall and open straight onto the garden, the deck and the pond. A wardrobe corridor leads through to the ensuite.

One long open-plan room under a vaulted timber roof, running from the lounge through the dining table to the kitchen at the far end. Sliding doors open the whole side to the garden, so it works as an indoor room or an outdoor one depending on the hour. Two sofas, a large TV, and a dining table that seats ten.
A proper gym rather than a token treadmill in a corner. The multi-station cable machine covers over a hundred exercises on its own, alongside a rower, an adjustable bench, a dumbbell rack and floor mats.
Full-height cedar and bench seating, warm from the inside out. Infrared runs cooler than a traditional sauna, which makes longer sessions comfortable.
A timber tub on the lawn beside the gym, in the open air. Sauna, then ice, then the pool — in whichever order you can face.
Long and level, with lawn on one side and timber deck on the other, running out toward the ocean.
A covered deck set right at the cliff edge, with loungers, armchairs and a ceiling fan, a glass balustrade and nothing but ocean past it. Shade in the middle of the day, and the place everyone ends up at sunset.
